The call

We talk for thirty minutes. You walk us through what's broken. We ask questions. No deck, no demo, no pitch — just the practice.

Step 2

A written recommendation

Within a week, you'll have a short written summary of what we found and what we'd do about it. Specific, not generic. Yours to keep regardless of what you decide next.

Step 3

You decide

There's no follow-up pressure. If the recommendation makes sense and you want to move forward, you'll know how. If it doesn't, you've lost thirty minutes and gained a second opinion.
