Leveret Health was built specifically for practices with 2–20 providers, the segment large firms pass over because the engagement size doesn't justify their overhead. There is no junior team here. Every engagement is personally led from the first conversation to the final deliverable.

Every engagement is led personally by the founder — not delegated to associates or subcontractors. The person you speak to on the first call is the person doing the work, every step of the way.
Numbers before opinions.
Every recommendation starts with a review of the actual data — claims, A/R aging, workflow logs — not assumptions or benchmarks borrowed from other industries. Findings are written down and shown to the practice before any next step is proposed.
The tools are yours.
Every template, tracker, and process document built during an engagement is handed over at the end. There is no lock-in, no proprietary portal, no subscription required to keep using what was built. The practice owns the work product outright.
